However, the Real Name of the Resort will be Disclosed to you together with the Details of the Properties, its Corporate Name, the Name of the Managing Owner and other important details for you to Study for the property to be a Good Buy. Once your Identity as an Investor Buyer by the IDs and your Profile you gave us, then I can start Disclosing the Property. This is to avoid Nuisance Enquiry.
TERM of SALE:
1. Investor's Profile will be required before the Disclosure of the Property. After Qualifying as an Investor and as an Interested Buyer, the Property will be Disclosed to you. Your concerns will be satisfactorily entertained and clarified.
2. When you are ready, an Agreement will be made by the Corporate Owner and You for the 25% Earnest money Refundable within 3 months and extendable for another 3 months for you to come here at the Resort.
Note: The Earnest Money will be deposited in the Bank for Safekeeping, and not to be considered as an Advance Payment. This is to hold the property for you and for us not to entertain anymore would be Buyer-Investor.
3. A Deed of Absolute Sale will be made within the 3 months period and or before the six months period as you have requested. Or request your money refunded before the Earnest Money Period expires.
